Arvelos Form Monitor

Arvelos Form Monitor is a paid, hosted subscription service that periodically runs a controlled synthetic test against the Contact Form 7 forms you connect, and alerts you if the tested path stops working. It requires Contact Form 7 and the Arvelos companion plugin on your WordPress site.

Billing and renewal

The service is a recurring subscription billed monthly through Stripe at the price shown when you sign up. It renews automatically each period until you cancel.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; monitoring ends once your subscription is no longer active.

Refunds

Cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund payments already made. Payments are generally non-refundable, although Arvelos may issue refunds at its discretion where appropriate.

What the service can and cannot do

The service works by submitting a synthetic test to your form and checking that the test notification reaches an Arvelos-controlled test mailbox. Forms protected by CAPTCHA (such as reCAPTCHA or Turnstile), or otherwise not automatable, are not supported — the service reports them as "unsupported" rather than testing them, and Arvelos never bypasses CAPTCHA or spam protection to force a test through.

No guarantee of delivery or uptime

A passing test confirms only that our controlled synthetic test completed and reached our test mailbox. It is not a guarantee that your real visitors' messages are delivered to your inbox, and Arvelos never reads or verifies your real inbox. The service is provided "as is," without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
